Quality Warranty

Lifubide has a complete quality control system and inspection team and is proud of its product quality and service. Our warranty policy not only protects the interests of our customers but also reflects our extreme confidence in our own products.

1. Who is covered

All the products (In warranty time) you purchase directly from Lifubide or Beijing 352 Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It includes the official website, our shops on Amazon, Walmart, etc.

Please note: the quality warranty policy only supports the products purchased from our company directly. It does not work for products purchased from unauthorized shop or agents.

Used resale products are not covered by this quality warranty policy even if they are in warranty time.

2. Warranty time

Lifubide provides a 3-year warranty on the material and workmanship quality of all products.

Lifubide also offers a special quality warranty for the main parts of products. For example, we offer up to 5 years quality warranty for the fan of the X86C air purifier and a 1-year quality warranty for the detective laser sensor. Please refer to the related product page to find the specific warrant time of each product.

Customers can ask for a repair, exchange, or refund service for defective products that comply with our warranty and refund policy.

3. The steps to get your warranty benefit.

If you find a defect in a product purchased from our company and it is still in warranty time, please follow the steps below to get a quick resolution of the issue.

  1. Please contact us by our official website after-sale service page or online service.
  2. Please describe the defective points of products, if possible, please take some pictures or video will be better.
  3. Our technicians will help you to determine where is the point and recommend professional suggestions for you, then you can decide the next decision. Replacement, repair, or return.
  4. If the defective product can be repaired easily and you prefer to repair them. We will send the replacement accessories to you for free and present some new product coupons or gadget products as compensation.

4. Not covered by warranty

  1. Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g batteries, filters, cleaning brush, essential oil pads, etc.);
  2. The proof of purchase is altered or is illegible.
  3. The serial number, model number, production date number, or the origin of products are altered, removed, or illegible.
  4. Products modified from the original condition.
  5. Damages or dysfunctions which are caused by not in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;
  6. Damages or dysfunctions caused by connecting not suitable peripherals, equipment, or unoriginal accessories.
  7. Damages or dysfunction caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance;
  8. Damages or dysfunction caused by unauthorized service or repairment.
  9. Damages or dysfunction occur during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended.
  10. Damages are caused by abnormal external factors, including but not limited to animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation, dishwasher, or water (unless the user manual indicates that the product or parts are washable.).
  11. Incidental and consequential damages.
  12. Damages or dysfunction which is over the cost of products.

5. Changes to this policy

Lifubide reserves the right to change the terms and availability of this warranty policy at our discretion. Any changes will not be retroactive.
