Shipping method
Lifubide supports Express, Air transportation, Land transportation by car or train, and Ocean shipping to meet customers’ different needs.
Express: You can choose an express company on the product page directly and estimate the shipping time and freights.
Other shipping methods: Please contact the relative sales manager who serves your company or contact Lifubide by online service or email. They will offer the current shipping cost and estimated shipping time.
Also, customers can choose the “pick up” shipping service, which means that you take the goods directly from our warehouse without paying any shipping fee
Shipping time
The total shipping time is the sum of the processing time and the delivery time.
processing time: the time between when you place an order and we ship it out; The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Delivery time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination
Please note: After your order is shipped out, the delivery time only depends on the shipping method and companies you choose. What lifubide can only do is to inquiry or urge the transport company, just like what you can do then. So please compare the service quality of different shipping companies in your local before choosing.

For other shipping methods, please consult Lifubide online service persons or sales managers serving you and your company directly. They will offer the current quote to you in time.
Taxes & duties
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. - No, Lifubide doesn’t charge any additional fees except the total cost of your order on our website or contracts. However, you may be charged some taxes by the customs of your country when importing goods. Please consult your local tax office in advance.
- Q: What will you do when my orders are stuck at the customs and how do you deal with customs problem.
- It depends on the delivery method you choose and the stuck reasons. When Shipping by express or CIF, Lifubide will be responsible for the whole transportation process. When shipping by FOB, CFR, or other shipping methods. Customers are responsible for the delivery process, but Lifubide will try our best to assist you by providing proofs of files and certificates which we can provide.
- Q: Do I need special knowledge of importing goods through customs?
- No, It is not necessary. Lifubide offers comprehensive shipping services. If you lack knowledge of customs, please consult Lifubide directly, we are able to offer double clearance service to some countries.
- Q: My order has been stuck at customs for two months, can I apply for a refund?
- For retail customers and shipping by express, Lifubide will accept your application.
For wholesaler or brand customers, Lifubide will operate your refund application in accordance with the contracts.
