Customers: Please note that: This return policy is only for retail customers only. For you are agents or wholesalers or brand customers, the warranty, return, refund and return policies will be in accordance with the contracts
2.Return steps and RMA number
Following these steps will speed up the return process

- A after-sales service person will contact you by email or telephone if you register on our website and inquire some questions about the cause of return.
- When your application is approved. An RMA number and designated address will be sent to you by email.
- Packing the products in original package.
- Mark the RMA numbers on the outside of packaging
- Send the return products back to the designated address. At the same time send the tracking number, RMA number and shipping fee certificates to our email support@lifubide.com.
3. The shipping fee of Returns.
In the period of 30 days from customers receive product, Lifubide is responsible for the shipping return cost. Beyond 30days, customers will be responsible for it.
4. Return packaging
Any item that is returned to Lifubide must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
